Kiri shares her memories of her first trip to Walt Disney World in Florida with Kris and Aunt Kim.

6/25/08
Today Mommy, Aunt Kim and I left for Walt Disney World! It rained a lot with big, dark clouds and lightning. Our hotel is cool! My favorite thing is the sea serpent slide in the pool. I got to decorate a Mickey cookie - yum.

6/26/08
First day at Magic Kingdom! WOW! I got to ride Dumbo and meet Ariel. She was so nice - a real princess! We saw beautiful fireworks and a light parade at Cinderella's castle. I rode Pirates of the Carribean twice and played Cogsworth in Belle's Storybook play. A really fun day!

6/27/08
Hollywood Studios today- it looks like a movie everywhere. We saw High School Musical, drew Goofy and rode Toy Story Mania. I was chosen to be the princess in the Beauty and the Beast show - a special rose from Belle! Tonight dinner in a castle with Ariel, Belle, Aurora, Jasmine and Pocahontas - they sent me an invitation!

Today we went on safari at Animal Kingdom. We saw lots of animals - even a lion! Mommy's favorite was a rhino crossing the road and I liked the baby elephant. Kim & Mommy rode a big roller coaster. I met Minnie Mouse - she was soft and giggled. We shared a milkshake for Kim's birthday and later went to Phantasmic. Mickey is a powerful sorcerer in the show and fights all the villians. It rained a little but we stayed dry in our ponchos. Mommy and I swam in the pool today.

Today is our last day so we went back to Magic Kingdom. I got to ride the train and Aladdin's Magic Carpets. It was like flying over Agrabah! Meeting Mickey and Cinderella was so cool - I waited all week to see them. I rode my first roller coaster, Goofy's Barnstormer - it was so great we rode twice! Mommy screamed. There was a parade with all the characters. Tonight we took a boat to Downtown Disney for shopping - the biggest Disney Store anywhere. I got a Disney pony and Minnie T-shirt - also finished my charm bracelet.

6/30/08
This morning we had a huge breakfast at Animal Kingdom lodge. It is a long distance home with more rain. We are sad to leave Walt Disney World but I miss Daddy & Campbell. I can't wait to see them and tell them all about our fun trip.
